A Trader Joe’s in Brooklyn, New York, went viral for its BTS-themed advertising strategy.
A consumer at the grocery store was astonished to find foods displays referencing the world-renowned boy band BTS and uploaded pictures of the advertisements to Twitter below the account @oq_sowoozoo on June 5.
A person of the signals positioned more than the ube (purple yam) products and solutions reads “Permission to Ube,” in reference to BTS’s strike tune “Permission to Dance.”
Trader Joe’s Power of Seven Purple Natural Juice was also marketed with a sign that reads, “To The Ability of 7,” referencing the group’s seven members. The pricing sign also has a be aware that reads, “The juice is Dynamite,” which is a nod to yet another BTS strike song titled “Dynamite.”
